Tool to fill excel values in a web form fields and submit it

Hello Friends,

I have to create a tool which will paste my excel sheet value to a web form's(aspx form )controls(textboxes) and click on submit button automatically one by one. The web application is a client application to which I don't have control, the most I can do is to get control id's by viewing the source.

Can anybody please give me an idea how to proceed, what tools to use and if there is any plugin available.
