That's not enough info about your problem.

This depends on the multicast address (not a reserved or special address) and the TTL (Time To Live) field value.

As already noted by other comments, your question is rather unclear.

What I understand was that you want to know which network segments will receive a send multicast packet.

My answer:
This depends on the used multicast address (if it is forwarded by routers or not), and the TTL (how many systems will forward the packets until they are dropped).
