I have know basic knowledge of the c++ programming . Now i want to now learn professional c++ programming to develop software more ever my aim is develop security related software for example antivirus , how can i learn ,how i get free resources .

The only real solution - particularly if you want to work in a security related area - is experience and practice.

There is no "short cut" to moving from "amateur" to "professional" development, no training, no resources (free or not) that will "magically" change a beginner to an expert - only doing and learning as you do it will do that.

It's a skill, and like all skills it only improves with practice: theory can only ever give you the ground work to build on.
