How Do I Implement Barcode Functionaliy In Asp.Net Project

I need to understand the basic, easy and step by step process or demo of integrating barcode generation, saving to database (image & value), and then retrieving information from database based on reading barcode image. I have waste days nearly a week on surfing internet, but does not get any clear idea. I just want an article on barcode that end with a complete result. At last i say sorry for my question instead of thanks, if it look spoon fedding, because i didnot get any clear image?
I have read to include barcode dll file , a reference and i added the file KeepDynamic.BarCode.AspNet.dll to by Bin directory. I have a field 'Barcode' in my database object (table), and in the UI i have textbox to send barcode value to the database.

I have read and tested the code on the above links, but it does not helps me. The first two have uncompleted and not clear. The last one is about web service window ce which i don't uderstand and i found that it is an OS based on Microsoft Windows, and something else in my view.
