Solution 1

Sessions are dictated by cookies and how cookies are handled in multiple tabs depends on how the browser chooses to implement cookies. So the short answer is "no", you should develop your site such that it handles multiple tabs\logins etc.

I would like to maintain dictionary class to maintain new session data with key based on hidden field, is it possible to maintain like that.
In mvc how to maintain dictionary to maintain individual session with proper to retrieve data based on hidden field.
