I have one content page I want to use it with two master pages is it possible

yes, First master page will be child page of second master page.

You can't include two Master Pages in a content page.However this can be achieved by using nested master page.

for this,create a first master page and include that master page in secnd master page.you can use second master page in the content page.

Not at the same time unless they are nested. If you mean you have a content page that can use different master pages depending on some condition, then you can set the master page programmatically rather than relying on the page set in the markup.
