problem inserting values into database

I am making a project. I am entering a value in a textbox and when I press submit, the value is not saved into the database.

Oh great and you expect us to find why it is not being saved into the database without seeing your code.

Apart from what Ankur has added, I would like to remind you that you are posting your question in a forum and not doing a SMS to any friend! Please stop using text speaks (short hands of letters). Use proper and complete words.
