Implement load balancing in multiple servers

Hi All,

Suppose I am executing three same types of task but not same task and type is same. I have some servers so i need to maintain load balancing concept among of them.
How we implemented the load balancing service. What architecture and steps we need to follow for same.

Load Balancers are generally separate servers with Load Balancing software installed, that distribute load on its nodes. What type of hosting are you using on nodes? How many nodes do you have, on which you want to balance the load?
