i'm learning c# and Sql server and i want to build a software for my movies but i don't know how. i want to see my movies with it and open my movies and musics with that software but i don't know how to begin. how to create that software ? how to create softwares like kmp player or browser or system cleaner? how to build softwares that i want ?

You start by learning C# and SQL, learning to do some research, thinking about what you want to do, logically define your software requirements, writing some code that meet your requirements, reading posting guidelines for online forums, asking questions.

You probably should start with less ambitious projects (or rely on libraries and components). The development of (for instance) a browser does involve a team of experienced developers for a not negligible interval of time.
