why labels can't be seen in panel

I added labels and another controls to a panel , all controls are seen except labels they can't bee seen , can i know why ?

Solution 1

If they cannot be seen at runtime, could be because:
1)- they have Visible property to false
or
2)- they have the same Colour as the panel background.

No the Visible property is true and they have color not as panel background
