In windows service, Is it possible to show some information popup in startup window, when your computer gets boot.

Create your program that does this and place it in your "Startup" path.

C:\Users\Windows\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

Any file in this folder will run after Windows has booted.

Thanks i saw the path what u send, shall i create it as windows application and place it, or i have to use windows services, Could you please explain it briefly.

No worries, you can simply create the application and put it there. No need for configuring Windows Services.

When you turn the computer on and login to Windows, the program will automatically run.

With out getting anger, can u teach how to convert windows application .exe file to setup application..
