Getting exception 'Memory could not be allocated' when fetching data from oracle DB using C#

When I click on button very first time, then data from Oracle database is fetches fine, but when click second time (after changing From and To date as filters) it throws following exception. I have set previous From and To Date but still same exception is occurring.

Exception Details:
Message: "Memory could not be allocated"
Number: "-10"
Source: "Oracle Data Provider for .NET"

Please help

If it gives you an ORA-...... number. Search for that on google. The AskTom website is pretty good for Oracle: https://asktom.oracle.com/pls/apex/f?p=100:1:0
