Is it possible to draw a graph in c# windows application without using c# 'chart' control???. Can anyone explain??.

Yes, of course it is possible. You need to develop and draw all the detail by yourself. Why do you think that you worse than those who created all the charts libraries? And what needs explanation? There is nothing to explain; just draw all you need.

Are you using wpf or winform?
If you are using wpf, it's fairly easy to do.
