how to highlight browser in taskbar

Is there any way available that i highlight the browser using javascript?? I am using this jquery Plugin (http://heyman.info/2010/sep/30/jquery-title-alert/[^]) but it is only changing the text of tab. I want to highlight browser as well in taskbar so that person pay attention to there.

There is no such concept as "highlight a browser". And JavaScript has no access to the system, it can only operate inside browser and modify just some pages and perhaps Web storage...
