How to create a dropdown based on cell value

In my excel sheet if i enter Vegetables in a Particular cell then appropriate items will display on drop down list,

if i enter fruits then appropriate items will display.. like this where ever i enter vegetables or fruits in any cell it shows their items in drop down list...

is this possible...?

Sure. Use a vlookup perhaps or filtering or write VBA code.
