Do you want to remove the use of '?' because of a SEO?
Whatever is the case did you consider passing the data in some other manner?

No.
The "?" character is the indicator to a URL processor that what follows it is the query detail, and not part of the URL itself. Without the question mark, there is no query string, the whole data is treated as a URL.

Question marks are not allowed in Email addresses, domain names, or web page names for that very reason.

Check the OriginalGriff Solution 1.
In a URL (Uniform Resource Locator), the querystring follows a separating character, usually a question mark (?). Identifying data appears after this separating symbol.
