Leveraging SQL Server - Custom Rule Engine[^]

Trying to see the code for this project. Is it available? I click on Browse code and I see Zip file, but cant see the code. Do not see any link to download zip file. I am signed in, maybe I don't have rights??? Not sure can anyone tell me what is going on or how to download code for this project. Project is "Leveraging SQL Server - Custom Rule Engine" link is above
