Create .aspx automatically

hi every body ,

i have gridview that lists all users names and their ids from data base. i want to add new field to gridview such as linked button or hyperlink that when i click it open new web form (.aspx page) that contained extra information to the same user id like his phone number, location ..etc(Ps: i had table in data base that contains extra information).
