save the database from the server to an other server

HI everyone

I have all my work on a folder on the server , when start to save it into an other sever it seems to be some errors like :

- the file doens't exist

I use supercopier to do the copy , so could You help me to do the save safly and without errors

honnestly me and my friends are working on this folder ( we chare it between us) so there is about 250 Gb on this folder so whene i start to save supercopier shows me a lot of files that doesn't exist so ithought of doingthe save during the night when no bady is working on this folder but still the same problm ( :'( ) so does this explain to you more the problem ??

Well I have no knowledge about supercopier, but it sounds as if that is your problem.

Perhaps you need to copy one at a time if they are very big. Either way, this is not a code problem but a technical support issue.

It's possible that the error which states "file doesn't exist" is refering to a file on the server that is 'too deep' (sp) in the folder meaning that the path to the file is too long.

Maybe, just maybe, manually recreating a shorter path ... a target directory closer to the root, there on the server, first will allow you to do this BULK copy of which you speak.
