how can i read values from a graph in C++ language??..

Sorry, but that's not nearly enough information to help you here.

What kind of graph? Do you mean the sort we see printed in the media, or the kind that mathematicians deal with (and no, I don't mean the sort that are drawn - I mean the structures used to model relationships between objects)

Just edit your question and add the extra info.

It depends on how you implemented the graph. But I would assume, if you implemented it, getting values would not be a problem at all. :-)

you need to original data from which the graph gots drawn and interpolate like the graph. Or you need to fizzle out all pixels from a screenshot.
