I have 6 instances of my windows aplication. I right click on applications from task bar and click on close all but application still keeps running in Task manager. Please provide the help ASAP.

HiProcess annd Forms are different, please be specific, "Close all" means what Forms or Process, I posted Answer 1 as by default once process keeps running "ApplicationName.vshost.exe" when Visual Studio.net IDE editor is open and you run application from it.

Hi , Close the Visual Studio.net editor also and then check

Thanks Rajesh but there is problem:
This works only if exe is run. But when I try with following steps:
run exe-->open any form click on close all
then all the processes are not closed. This means that in Exit() he forms are not getting closed. How to know in Exit() that how many forms of MY APPLICATION are still running?
