Unable to build application

Hi I am unable to build the solution. It will shows error unable to update auto-refresh reference. like conwaycontrols.dll & system.data.sqlclient.dll. and more dll.
when i am trying to add references using right click on application->add referance->it does not shows that dll.
So what can i do in this case.
