Thread was being aborted. error message

Hi friends,

I am getting exception "Thread was being aborted." when uploading document.

when tried to find the issue by using network monitor in IE, the process status showing "Aborted".please help to rectify the issue.
even not for upload, some other process also its happening.within 1 or 2 sec process staus showing as aborted.But i am able to upload same doc in chrome. In IE (all version) only issue

How much time do you spend on upload? You may have a timeout?

This issue may also occur when you are using "Server.Transfer" method in your pages

This error can be normal using file upload. Is it not working?
