You open your IDE and start typing after thinking about the article content. (You didn't provide the link, you didn't do any coding and then asked the question.

That's not very helpful! OP may not know what an IDE is.
To be clear: an IDE is not really necessary; you could use Notepad.

Probably the best place to start is with someone who knows the article well - the author. If you found the article here, then there is a "new message" button at the bottom of that article, which causes an email to be sent to the author. They are then alerted that you wish to speak to them.
Posting this here relies on them "dropping by" and realising it is for them.
