hi i want to find location in my win app
i want to give my app Longitude and Latitude and it show me location in google map in my app how can i do it?

If those links didn't help you, then you should consider revising your question to be more specific. It's like at NASA when the astronaut says "Houston we have a problem," and then they go back and forth to further define the problem: unfortunately we don't have sensors in your spacecraft and telemetry to monitor you :)
