How to Bind Data in gridview every Second

I tried to bind data in gridview every second with an timer 1000 interval.In the every tick it has been binding, but there is scrolling problem.
How to solve it.

When Data Bind at every tick, while scrolling the mouse or moving down it scrolls upwards

Why do you refresh gridview each second? Please, be more specific and shrtly describe your issue.
