Can I capture a text from Control+Click

Dear everybody,
I'm developing an application to get text when user press Ctrl+Click, similar to Babylon Dictionary.
Anyone who knows can help me with idea or sample code.
Technology used: C#, Windows form application.

Capture Text in what : inside the Controls in your Application only ? In other applications' Windows ? In a TextBox, or RichTextBox ? A ComboBox Items Collection ?

Capture selected Text only ?

Please be more specific and describe what you've tried so far.
