How can pause music when open second new tab in same browser?

There is a radio station web page.
I want to do when you open site xx.com from chrome; music play automatically you listening,but
when you open another tab from chrome and you call xx.com in same browser this new tab musnt play music,according first tab close.if first tab xx.com close second tab will start play music.

session or cookie or store ip or javascript how can I do?

How do you play music.is you pro grammatically play the music if yes then it has a solution.
