target server url problem in ssrs reports

how to set target server url in ssrs reports?

i created ssrs reports and set target server url as below. then i deploy the the report it shows error like this " Specify report server URL "http://NODE_10/ReportsServer" could not be found".

when i browse that url its connected to our server. but when i deploying the report it shows error

Here Node_10 is where the my Sql server 2012 R2 is located . how can i deploy the report.

1. Go to Reporting Services Configuration Connection
2. Start services with the instance of your SQL Server

When deploy the report that time ask the user name and password but i dont no user name and password

When deploy report, no need to put user and password. If develop and deploy are the same computer. If you want to deploy, i think you have user and pass that means you can access the server.
