I want to know if there is an online application where i can customized my own map (specially in the Philippines) and i can save it as a file and together i can connect it on my html website. anyone thus know? i would really appreciated it. ty

And how do you expect the zoom functionality to work?
It is really complicated! It is easier to embed the map in your web site than create your own map.

There is no simple way to add your own maps to a site other than setting up the server above.
