How can I make my form(notification) popup at the start of the windows without the need to open my application? It is a notification for reorder, critical and expiring products and I want the users to inform them as soon as windows started. Help. Thanks.

On Windows, the simplest (and effective) way to accomplish such task is adding the application to the Startup Folder. See, for instance: Run a program automatically when Windows starts[^], Windows 8: How to Add Applications to the Startup Folder[^].

What I mean here is just the notification form. I don't want to run the whole program at the start of the windows just like some antiviruses. Do I need to make separate notification form?

It looks a good idea: a very lightweight application.
You could try this[^]
