controls values on form to show on report in addition to the select data

I have put values in text boxes in a form.

Out of this variables data is generated and stored in a table.

How do you get these values as local variables on the form to show in a report in addition to the data from the table.

Your question is way too ambiguous. What is the report like? txt, html... Is the table you're mentioning part of a database?
These questions are rethorical, dont take them literal. You need to work on your background a lot.

The table is in the database and the report is from the report viewer
