How Do I manage users in asp.net?

Asp.net provides asp.net configuration. So I add roles, users etc its working fine.... Now I want to give access to admin to manage users may to edit or delete the user. Asp.net default database has much tables like membership, roles and user here I'm confused which table I have to update.. I want to put a gridview for this purpose. So kindly Guide me how do i do this?
