how to set expand and collapse in <tr> tags in MVC 5

hi to all,
i'm new in MVC technology. I have one doubt about in MVC. As i'm developing a module that module contains a table that table contains information and some icons like EDIT ,VIEW, DELETE.

i have know Instead of View icons. I want to change Both (+ and -) in same place .
if i click + view the details, and + can be change - and if i click another record, automatically - can change + for last clicked record and current record will change + to - .can u Kindly help me.
