Cannot load data in crystal report when updating stored procedure

I'm using Visual Studio 2010 SAP Crystal Report.

Initially data is shown in crystal report viewer....but when i edit the stored procedure and verified database in crystal report no any data were loaded there but added fields are present there.

In stored procedure I declared some integer values with its default value 0 and selected in Select query.

I faced this many times but I don't have its solution yet.

Its urgent please reply soon

What database management system is hosting your data? Can you see data from within your database management system's development environment? Can you see data when you preview your report in Crystal? Are you using the same credentials with the same data access rights from dev to production?

I'm using MYSQL. I can see data from query in it and can even see them from preview in crystal report.....just the issue is I cant see it from crystal report viewer.

Solution 1

Go to your crystal report viewer and click on the small arrow icon.In there select "Choose a Crystal Report".Then select your crystal report from the dropdown.Hope this will help you..

Select your crystal report viewer. Then arrow will appear on the top right corner.If you have questions regarding any answer posted by anyone you can add comments instead of posting it as a answer. Happy coding...
