How to deploy website in server 2008 r2 iis6/7/7.5?

Hello...
Am developed an website using asp.net4.0,MySQL 5.1,Ajax,crystal reports flash player and silver light controls. But when i host the website in server 2008 r2 iis6/7/7.5, which type of configurations are required to host in server. Please help me!

I know basic deployment in localhost and working well, but not working in windows 2008 r2 iis6/7/7.5 using vs4.0? or required any configurations?

Actually website developed in windows7, asp.net4.0 and iis6. But now am hosting in windows server 2008 r2 and iis7/7.5. Is possible or required any changes in code/server side?
