Application using Windows azure to download a file from a given website

I am new to Windows Azure.
I would like to develop an application using Windows azure to download a file from a given website at one time in a day and store the files in sql server database.

This application will run in cloud.
Please help how can i achieve this...

When you have very cheap, Faster solution of Windows Azure Blobs Services in hand why you are or trying to store the Images into SQL AZURE ?
