Well, get current date, save it in a variable, check your date status periodically, if comparison failed refresh the page.

Do you want to refresh the page at every midnight? Or after 24 hours?

If it's YOUR computer, then set up a scheduled job.

If it's the client running your code, then use javascript to refresh when the date changes.

if you are on a linux server you can make use of corn jobs, I'm not sure about the windows server
