How many connection does tcp listener(server ) will handle with out the loss of data

I need to develop application which is configured as a server at particular port. which may have millions of clients. how many connection will it manages with out loss of data(tcp/IP). few people are suggesting go with super socket i dont know this concept. please any suggestions

server will receive data at particular port from different gps and rf and other embadded product data
