If you have registration page on site1 & want to show any page of site2 then both site to must connected with same database and follow these steps

1) Save the registration detail and get the id of that record from database for ex registration table and then pass the id as query string to site2

2) On site two you can use this id to show the details of that id

your requirement is not clear , I think you want to reg items in another form ,

After regtrn redirect to another site ,
if your site1 and site2 2 are localy hosted in same path ( suppose D:Newfolder/site1 and D:Newfolder/site2 )

or using full site address and pass Registration items as Querystring

means you want to pass the data that user entered in form for ex name, age etc & pass same values on website2's registration form. Am i right ?
