c# text to speech library

i am searching library or any code that allow me to read the text
as, how you write and you read
in c#

i try with

C#

using System.Speech;
using System.Speech.Synthesis;

but i cant modify or change the reading type
or culture of reading can some one help me with any tutorial or code what ever

sorry for my bad english

No you did not read it at all. I went are read it and there is text to speech.
