Hi to all..

I have a problem about my Digital Persona. I am planning to develop an application using this device. I bought the SDK from their website.

The problem is that i cannot connect to the device using the said SDK. It seems like no connection between the SDK application.

Please help me through this... Thank you!!

We would have no idea what a "Digital Persona" is or what you have tried. Based on what you have said, you need to go back to the manufacturer and get some support from their customer support people. That is what you paid them for and that is what their customer support people are paid to do, support their product.

As this question is very specific to the Digital Persona biometrics SDK you should consider contacting their developer support or find a forum that deals with these SDK issues exclusively.
Also "no connection" is a very broad problem, does your computer see the device (e.g. it shows up in Device Manager or similar), it does not enumerate in the list of connected devices, sending a command does not get a response or a request returns an error message. {lease provide more details about what is going wrong and in which ways, this would help people to narrow down your issue and provide hints for a solution.
Thanks!

oh.. im sorry.. the problem is specifically in the list of the devices in the SDK application.. i can see the device in the devices and printers and when i run the application from SDK it seems like it is not being detected.

Ok, that narrows it down a bit. It seems like your SDK is not supporting this type of HW.
Is this the U.are.U 2.2.1 SDK? And your HW is a U.are.U 4500 or 5100, right?

nope.. the SDK is U.are.U 2.2.3 and yes the HW is U.are.U 4500 ..
