I want to create a sql job and use it in a stored procedure for SQL Server Express edition.

Well sort of ... I think you meant create a job to call a stored procedure rather than the other way around.

You can't do it the same way as you would with a full-blown SQL Server installation but there are ways. I found this post that illustrates a couple of ways[^] of doing it.

Here is some information on scheduling that job[^] once you've built it
