Solution 2

For that u need to add your project to the start up folder. There is a simple method for that , while creating Setup project of your application , In the File System window we can see 3 folders (Application Folder,Users Desktop & User's prgm menu) , Right click any where inside the window the we can add special folders ,Select User's startup folder from that and then add a shortcut of your primary output to this folder. thats all
