I want to remove ads from you tube video after it finished playing in asp.net.Please help on this.

I used rel=0&showinfo=0 in embed tag. Its working in other browsers except Google chrome.

Not possible.

Also, using anything other than the player provided by YouTube is a violation of the Terms of Service and YouTube WILL send their lawyers after you.

Really? Never new that. Anyway, it means that youtube is pretty far from the idea of "fair use". Anyway, I can assure you that there is no ads in Youtube media. They are superimposed on top of video on a Youtube page. So, technically (not legally speaking), I am sure that it is quite possible to show this media without the ads; probably it would be not an easy problem, I have no idea.

I know "technically" it's possible. You'd have to provide your own player code to ignore the ads metadata.

Legally, you'll get your ass sued off since you're tampering with YouTubes revenue stream.

Sure. But I suspect Youtube position is legally vulnerable and could be challenged. Besides, it depends on local legislation. And US legal system is so convoluted and illogical that I hardly can call it "the law"... not to encourage to break it, of course. Legal issues are pretty much off-topic, I think...
