what is the suitable version of xilinx i can use with matlab R2012b for an encryption process?

Xilinx is a chip maker, if you mean Xilinx ISE, then the version shouldn't really matter as long as they support the same encryption process. I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish though since your question is vague.

OK,, i have a project called (Advanced Data Encryption using FPGA) . i select AES , and iam using matlab to write the code ..

AES has been around for a while, you should be able to have anything that supports it be compatible. With ISE though, it may be a different component that you have to purchase for it. Usually in FPGA development, the third party libraries are referred to as "cores". Here's one such AES core[^] for Xilinx ISE.
