It all depends on what do you want to get from comparison. Please define what is "compare", exactly.

I see. Unlike "face detection", which already became a commodity and was embedded in many cameras, unique face recognition remains one of the top-notch developing technologies...

I Have 2 Images. I want to compare the object in an image with another picture.Consider 1st image as a doll(10CM) in an image. 2nd image is the image of toys including the doll(10CM) object. I Want to find the doll(10CM) in the 2nd pic.

if one pic among them is in affine transform, then how can I compare the 2 images. Also I want to measure the object size in an image.

Please see my comment to the question. As your difficulties with formulation of the problem and finding relevant information clearly demonstrate that you pretty poorly understand the essence of the problem, and it looks like the only prerequisites you have is the desire to have a "cool feature" (or something like that), your problems of getting such features working would be unmeasurably more difficult.
