Get a Text from picture with the help of c#

Hi friends I hope all is well.
I have no idea how can fix this problem. I am working on car parking project. Customer Requirement is Get a Vehicle number from the CCTV footage. like Vehicle enter the parking stand, CCTV camera capture a image of Vehicle number Plate. This picture have some number like that HR-38-A9895, How can do this. Plz help me this is very urgent.

Solution 1

Look into Emgu CV[^], an open-source C# wrapper for the open cv image processing library.

This library can do all sorts of things, like plate number recognition, face recognition, etc.
