adding template to vs 2010 project

Dear All,

I have downloaded a website template from internet. It contains an index.html, few jpgs and style sheets. How can I add this template to my vs 2010 project?? I have done a lot of searching on net but cannot find anything on adding template...If someone can summarize the steps or even a link explaining the same will do...
