Navigate pages without flashback

I'm a new in asp.net and I created a small web site with master page and some pages like
Default, About Us, Products and Contact us and so on..
The master page contain menu control to navigate between the pages

What I need to navigate between the pages without flashback display... means looks like Ajax.
